Aaron Brown is assistant professor of writing and editing at Sterling College. He received his MFA from the University of Maryland, and his poetry has appeared in Transition, World Literature Today, Tupelo Quarterly, Ruminate, Portland Review, Cimarron Review, and the anthology Best New African Poets 2015.

Katie Manning is founder and editor-in-chief of Whale Road Review and an associate professor of writing at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
